
Alyssa is a Geospatial Librarian and Urban Geographer. She is passionate about community-engaged learning and research that explores how maps and geospatial technologies can drive systemic change by addressing and communicating place-based information needs.
Currently, she is the Librarian for Geospatial Systems and Data at Vanderbilt University Jean and Alexander Heard Libraries’ GIS Lab and based in Nashville, TN.
